At Z-iNK Learning, we exclusively commercialize digital educational products in downloadable PDF format (activity kits and expansion games in PDF), managed through our web platform and securely processed by Link, LLC as Merchant of Record.

1. Nature of Digital Products and Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital products (instant download PDF files), all sales are final. In accordance with applicable consumer and user regulations (including the European Union Consumer Rights Directive), upon purchasing a digital product and proceeding to its immediate download or provision, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal or return, as digital content cannot be returned once delivered.

2. Exceptions: Technical Errors or Duplications

Since physical returns of downloaded files are not possible, refunds or exchanges will only be exceptionally considered under the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate charge: If, due to a technical error, you were charged twice for the same order by duplication.

  • Defective or corrupted file: If the purchased PDF file presents an unresolvable technical flaw that prevents its opening or reading, and our support team cannot provide a clean copy within a reasonable timeframe.

3. How to Request a Case Review?

If you believe you fall under one of the aforementioned exceptions (such as a billing error or a damaged file), you must contact us within a maximum period of 14 natural days from the purchase date by sending an email to info@zinklearning.com, including:

  • Your full name.

  • The order number or transaction ID provided by Link, LLC.

  • A detailed description of the technical issue.

Our team will review the incident together with the payment processor (Link, LLC). If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within the timeframes established by the payment gateway.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Since access and download links are sent automatically and instantly upon payment confirmation via Link, LLC, it is not possible to cancel an order once the transaction has been completed.
